Worldwide Shipping

The Taj Global now offers international shipping to select countries worldwide. Orders are processed within 1-5 business days, with delivery typically in 5-10 business days depending on the destination and courier service.

Delivery Notes

Shipping times may vary by country due to customs clearance, local holidays, or remote locations—some areas could take longer. Track your order via email/SMS link; customers handle any import duties or taxes.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

The Taj Global accepts returns within 7 days from delivery for eligible items like wrong size, defective products, or incorrect order. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags, and accompanied by the invoice.  

Note: Perfumes and cosmetics are non-returnable.

 

Conditions

Custom-stitched, personalized, sale, or hygiene items (e.g., innerwear) are non-returnable. Initiate return via email or WhatsApp with order details and photos; approved returns get refund or exchange after inspection (processed in 5-7 business days).
