Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only for approved returns that meet our Return Policy conditions (unused, with tags, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery). Refunds are not offered on custom-stitched items, personalized products, final-sale/discount items, or any category marked “non-returnable” on the product page.

 

Refund Method and Timeline

Once the returned product passes quality check at our warehouse, the refund is processed within 7–9 business days. Refunds are usually issued as store credit or to the original payment method (as specified at the time of approval); banks and payment gateways may take extra time to reflect the amount in your account.

 

Shipping Costs and Deductions

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective product). In most cases, return shipping is borne by the customer or adjusted from the refund amount; any restocking or handling fee, if applicable, will be clearly communicated during the return approval process.

 

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, first raise a return request via email/WhatsApp with your order ID, reason, and product photos. After approval, follow the return instructions shared by our team; unapproved or COD returns sent directly to our address may be rejected and not eligible for a refund.
